I stopped in to inquire about a salt block for deer, so that I can photograph them. I asked basic questions about it. The young lady behind the counter didn't seem very interested in making a sale. She didn't leave her seat. She couldn't answer the basic questions. There are other options. I won't be back.
Great all in one local feed store in Port Perry! We just won a bag of feed on the draw at their customer appreciation day BBQ! Highly recommend shopping there for all of your livestock needs and feeds. Tracy is super helpful, knowledgeable and works hard!!
I wouldnt even suggest 1 star. I would suggest in a declining agricultural world staying open to maximize sales. so good luck with staying in business. I Pulled in at 454pm.....store closes at 5pm just needed a bag of shavings just 1 that's it. Guy locked door and turned the light out in front of me wven made eye contact. I sincerely hope that this is not a representation of all staff at this location. 2 males and 1 female, I am just assuming genders here but they walked out at exactly 5pm. I stayed in parking lot just to watch. I will be inquiring with the manager tomorrow as this is poor customer service.....I myself have 20 years of retail customers service and have never turned a customer away I always attempted to see if there was anything quick I could help with. A sale is a sale
