This place is nothing but entitled mechanics trying to take advantage of people they are impossible to work with and could care less to make there customers happy I bought my first car at 16 and brought it in to get safetyed and they where nothing but rude and disrespectful they tried to over charge the life out of me just because I’m a kid very untrustworthy people and very disrespectful and impossible to work with. Once told what I needed for safety I asked to do it myself to save money then bring it back in for a alignment and the safety but they said no, and refused to accept me back because I was doing the work elsewhere
I’ve went to Clark’s auto for a couple different things, I got them to install and exhaust for me, I’ve gotten a couple oil changes done as well as installing tires for me, today I went for a code I was getting on my Subaru Sti about my Catalytic-converter , Clark was very helpful, every time I go there I deal with Clark and have never been let down, from good prices and very high quality work, I will always recommend this place to anyone who ask me do I know any good mechanic because this place deserves recognition for the amazing work they do. I would also like to personally thank Clark for the help he provided me with my Catalytic-converter
Had an issue with our Dodge Ram - called Gary and he was able to fit me in the same morning. Quick and efficient service and very reasonable pricing! Gary certainly knows his stuff and would highly recommend for anyone needing any exhaust work done.
Called them to ask for a brake pad to be replaced. A couple months ago, a calliper had broke on my rear passenger side and I had the whole rear passenger side done (brakes, callipers, rotors). They guy on the phone refused to listen to my request to have just the only the driver side replaced, despite me offering to show him the service records of the passenger side brakes just being replaced. I had also let him know I have a brake pad that can be used, to which he answered “We don’t do customer supply parts”. Very unfriendly and unwilling to listen. The person on the phone just assumed I was stupid and spoke to me as such. Wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
Gary at Clark’s Auto Repair was a pleasure to deal with. He got us in right away to fix our broken exhaust system and they did a great job at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this business.
Went in today with a easy job for the guys working, instantly wasnt treated as a paying customer should. I felt like i was asking these guys to do there job or something. I have to get a washer that they said they couldnt get for another 3 days so I went to the dealership and bought the piece myself. Called them back about 10 minutes after i left and they said they wanted me to come back in a hour or so because theyre on there lunch break. I went somewhere else. * you're reply is a total lie and pretty well every detail is not true. Not a good business approach.
