This place can get pretty busy, so pack your patience. Once it's your turn, the staff don't rush you, are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I always pick something up from here.
We arrived at the store at 450 without knowing they closed at 500 (we r tourists). At 455pm as we were purchasing some cheese one of the 2 ladies asks the other one loudly in front of us "did u turn the sign around" (she was referring to the open/closed sign). She then before we were done paying actually opens the door AMand looks at us as in "kicking us out" of the store. EXTREMELY RUDE. My friends who are locals here said they were never treated so badly. I don't recommend going unless you want to be treated like that.
Really nice little store. My first time here. The staff were super friendly. I was looking for a couple of British cheeses and they had both. You gotta try Red Storm and Wensleydale w/cranberries. So yummy.
One of the best people I met while visiting the beautiful port perry town. Got some blue cheese and smoked applewood cheddar. Such a wide varieties of cheese they have. Worth visiting again

Gone into this store a few time, I don't find they have a great variety of cheeses for the size of this store. The staff I found them not very friendly at all on most of my visits.. Reading these reviews I feel it's a different store to my experiences..
The sandwiches here are delicious! They also serve wine, beer and ciders. It's a hidden gem of Port Perry and we picked up some great cheese before leaving as well! Would recommend
