Did a take away, Staff helping our order was nice. It took 15-20 minutes for the order. The shrimp pad thai was a disaster too watery, can’t taste the tamarind nor the fish sauce and the noodles were too soft. The shrimp was tasteless. We had to throw it out and we never throw out food it was that bad. The beef broccoli was palatable but also the same not up to par and one will need a bit of soy sauce which the restaurant didn’t include any. We are used to take away having everything thrown in ie soy sauce and hot sauce. I paid $40.57 with one rice order.
Friendly service, the bubble tea slush itself was good, but the boba pearls were the worst boba pearls known to man. Hard as an uncooked rice on the inside. :(
Called before going, person on the phone was insanely rude. Went to eat server was short with us and rude. when tipped had a fit about not enough of a tip
I went here for lunch today with the love of my life today. I had the lemon chicken lunch special and it was really good....however He ordered the cashew chicken lunch special and sadly he couldn't not eat it as it was freezer burnt. We brought that to the servers attention and she was really apologetic about it. The sad part is, is that the day time cook came out to our table and started to argue with my boyfriend about what he tasted in his dish he ordered. The cook even went as far as argue with him at the cash register when we where trying to pay and leave. Sorry but not sorry for the bad review. Big thumbs down?
Horrible customer service from the guy who served us our fruit drinks this evening. He was Extremely rude to my wife and the two drinks were horribly made. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Don't waste your time at this place. I ordered tonight Dec31 at 645 and didn't get my food for 2 1/2 hours,and it was barely warm so it had been sitting somewhere for a good long time. They had so idea what they were doing. I will not be back here again
Usually when I get sushi in port Perry I would go to another restaurant but one day I was driving down the street and I got intrigued by the design of the outside. I decided to look at the menu and I found it was very affordable and great quality. The inside is beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious and I will 100% be coming back! Thank you so much Bamboo!
