About two weeks ago I had wonderful service from I think her name was Hazel. She cared and wanted me to be satisfied and took time and patience while I made a decision. I purchased dark blue Jeans by French Dressing. The instructions on the label stated to wash them once in cold water before wearing due to the dark dye. Not so, wash them three times in cold water as the dye still leaked. As always great service and one of my go to stores due to the personal service. Management staff please appreciate this delightful sales lady.
Even though there's some parking drama out back... they have a really high quality shoe selection... standard running shoes are mediocre but the specialty shoe selection is excellent, think crocs, blundstones, burkenstock, bogs, etc.

Some staff great yet only seemed to be available once. Remaining staff was looking after one customer at a time and that wasn’t me, lol so left feeling aweful and not wanting to ever go back. When I went in however, I really wanted to make a purchase.
I have been shopping at Brocks for many years. The staff has always been helpful and pleasant. What I am now finding, the clothes and shoes are for a much older group of shoppers. There doesn't seem to be anything that suits 35+. I cannot speak for the men's department, but they need to update their clothing line for younger professional women. Also, I found more CHRISTMAS ornaments and gifts than clothing. I do hope your buyers can find a happy medium. 60 +
