I’ve been going to this specific dominoes for a long while, but over the last few months months this specific location has stopped, honouring all the good coupons that Domino’s has online. Each location chooses which online coupons they wish to honour and this one never does any of the good ones anymore. Instead I now go to the one in uxbridge so I can get my 50% off Socks that they won’t honour the coupons that every other location seems to If things change, I might change my review
Domino's isnt my goto pizza. Not because I dont like them, but because Ive always gone across the street to Crustys but today there was a coupon I seen online for a free 2 topping emergency Pizza so I thought id try it. After fiddling with the app forever I just decided to call them and ask about it. The lady told me she could help me witb it once I got to the store so I went ahead and ordered a large pizza and would have the staff help me order the free one once there as she told me no problem. I get there and long story short they couldnt do it, but, told me that other people are doing it and they just had one go out. So now in order to feed my family I have to buy this second pizza everyone else is getting for free. I decided to just go back to old faithful across the street and get my second pizza. Its too bad too. Had I had a good experience there they may have had a loyal customer.
I tried to utilize a coupon online that I received as a result of a previous order. I created an account and password. After I put the coupon code in and went to checkout I could not check out because my account/password was rejected and the message was 'this coupon cannot be used at this store'. I logged off and tried two more times with no success. I then printed the coupon and phoned the local store. The person who answered quickly dismissed me because 'if it was online there is nothing I can do'. Their attitude was very poor and the website I found was not user friendly. As a small business owner I greatly appreciate how important customer service and a useful website is to success. This is not the first issue I have had, and a finally decided to complain. There are 6 other take out pizza operations in our town of under 15,000 people. I will be going back to other options.
1st time we tried this location (late Aug) service was slow, not friendly and pizza was blah. Gave it a 2nd chance with the 50%off deal and wow! Huge difference. Staff greeted us right away, super friendly and courteous and the Pan pizzas were 1 of the best my family has ever had. Full of toppings! Glad we gave you a 2nd try! Whoever you had on at 430pm on Sep 10, kudos! He knows his customer service & pizza making skills!!!
I ordered through the uber eats app and waited 1hr. Called the restaurant twice with no response or voicemail system. Got a call back and she said my order was on its way. I waited another 20min, showed my order was delivered on the app and it wasn’t. I call back to find out my number was blocked… sick
Regret....again..don't know how many times I've ordered from here and got meat in my food. Be more careful with how you handle your products! Not everyone eats meat. Same goes for if someone had an allergy. Don't cross contaminate. Wash your hands, take your time. Other than that it's good, but this is like the 10th time AT LEAST that it's happened to me/ my family.
