Took my family here and wow! Food was amazing, staff we're super friendly and the price was great, especially when you see the portion sizes! Definitely going back.
What a wonderful little joint!! I wasn't expecting much when I walked in, its very tiny and the decor is minimal, however cozy, classy and on point. The service- top notch!! Everyone is so friendly, you feel like you've stepped into a best friend's home! Now the food.... its El a cart, and I'm used to all you can eat, but let me tell you friends, the price is worth it !!!...the food was by far the freshest I've tasted in a LONG TIME!!! I'd definitely go back and will recommend! I only took a picture of the hugh bowl of wonton soup!! You can share!! 100% great vibe! Stay food adventurous my peeps!
Delicious food, amazing service. They are so kind. The place is clean and the sushi is so fresh. A real gem in Port Perry, you guys are so lucky to have Jinju Sushi here! I have been many times and will return :)
Was craving some asian cuisine during the stay in port perry and found Jinju sushi. Seemed like a small, family run business and the service was great. Also conveniently located as well with parking spaces available. Seafood udon wasn’t necessarily the best I’ve had but sushi at other tables seemed great. Will return for sushi!
Ordered take out- 3 hand rolls, the lady didn’t tell me they don’t have Dynamite hand rolls. She instead charged me an extra $3 for them to make it. Making 3 mediocre hand rolls $23! Not a good value. Also no wasabi or ginger was provided
I took the family out for dinner here for the first time with the new owners. The food was fantastic and beautifully presented, like sushi and maki is supposed to be. The waitress was great and the owners were very friendly. When you leave everyone says good bye!
I placed an order tonight online for pickup, I have ordered plenty of times from Jinju Sushi but just discovered their online system! Super easy to use and efficient! I ordered the Wonton Soup, Edamame, California Rolls as well as Dynamite Rolls! All ready in under 15 minutes! The system said 15 I arrived around 5 minutes early and waited a minute or so for them to finish my order. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with lots of hellos and smiling faces as well as a renovated seating area! It looks amazing! I haven’t been in a while so not sure how new that is! The food is outstanding as always, the Wonton soup isn’t just plain broth and wontons it’s loaded with broccoli, cabbage, carrots and green onions with a ton of wontons plus the broth tastes amazing unlike other places where it’s very watery. The rolls are a fantastic size not overly massive but still hearty! All the ingredients are super fresh and ripe avocados! Edamame speaks for itself although it was perfectly cooked and a little salty! Overall would 10/10 recommend a visit to Jinju Sushi! I wish I took pictures but was starving and devoured it Thank you for the amazing food and service!
