Ordered a mobile at 1230 for 1245 pickup. They hadn’t even started it by that time. Clearly overwhelmed with lunch orders which fine but then adjust take out times. Finally got my order at 1255, making me late for a 1pm meeting.
Thai Express in Port Perry is my absolute favourite! The staff are so kind! Truly very welcoming and they’re incredibly fast with food preparation. The food is consistently delicious. I’ve eaten at many Thai Express locations, and this one really stands out. They get the spice level, sauce, and overall taste absolutely perfect every time. Highly recommend!
Extremely Slow. Mainly rice or noodles depending on what was ordered. Lack of main ingredients. Very cheap. Wish the cook could understand English. I know Port Perry can do a lot better. I will continue to go to the location in Brooklyn from now on. Port Perry location has lost my business,
The restaurant and staff are great. Ordering online does not work. Every time you try to pay it wont process and wont complete the order. We tried with several different cards.
Update: came here on August 31st and ordered food, the guy at the cash was super rude. The portion size was smaller than when I’ve gone previously. I said thank you twice to him when leaving and he ignored me. Whoever the younger tall guy working tonight was, needs to be fired. Terrible customer service. Hire staff who know about customer service!!!! I’ve contacted head office with this complaint as well. Old review: This is some of the best Thai Express I've ever had! So flavourful, ingredients are fresh, and the customer service is great. Will definitely be coming back.
