We have used JD consistently for more than a decade now and have always received exception service and quality parts. The front store staff and management alway up fit our trucks and equipment with the proper lights and accessories and the install staff is second to none… very professional. Looking forward to the future and the great service we always get…. Thxs again for everything
Very disappointed in the customer service. Called in to get a quote and see if they carry a roof rack for my vehicle. Was talked down to and was told it was my responsibility to be educated on roof racks. I was calling to support a local business and get information from someone that works in the trade, but would never support this business after the way I was spoken to during our conversation.
Went into the store in August 3rd with my hitch and mounting equipment asked when they could install it was told August 14th or 15th for a 4 way plug to come in and that they would call me with an opening here we are on the 17th with a no-call I called them to find out what's going on they hadn't even gotten my part in because it apparently missed the truck and now want me to wait another week lost my business so I'll be going elsewhere pretty sad they can't even install six bolts in three weeks time. Even a courtesy call to let me know that it didn't come in would have been nice but no I couldn't even get that
Had These guys rewire my old trailer as I was sick of fixing the old lights every year due to some issue or another. Installed new LED's and wiring and so far they seem to work great.(full test will come later after i've used the trailer for tipping etc.) Can't speak highly enough of Fiona to deal with. She is courteous, professional and does the job for the price she quoted. I find it hard to understand why anyone would give these guys less than 5 stars. Big thanks to Fiona and all the staff there for a great service. You guys rock! - and now so does my little blue trailer. BTW - ill be back in to see you guys soon if the wife lets me accessorize the gladiator :-)
I dont understand how you can ask for one thing and be sold something that doesn't fit or work this is the second time I have been sold lights that dont fit or work without breaking it or altering it better off going to Pacific mall at least what they sell works and fits properly
Everybody told me to check this place out but when I finally did I was completely unimpressed. I was made to feel like I was wasting their time! When I asked questions about their products they didn't know the answers! It seems the original owner ran a great business but word is he sold it and the business unfortunately went downhill.
My husband had a hitch installed on our new Jeep at a decent price...however, when he returned home, there is now a large dent in the hood. Of course they claim that it was like that when it was dropped off for installation, which it was most certainly not. So severely disappointed with this experience!!!
