Possibly the best pizza I've ever had; so good that I had it two nights in a row while visiting the area. Delicious, generous toppings and more dipping sauce options than you could imagine. Pizza was hot and fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely will be back for more!
We were new to Crusty’s and were not happy with the pizza. We ordered 2 different large pizzas and both had little flavor. The main issue is that we prefer thin crust but realize we may not always get it, however, this pizza was all dough and very skimpy toppings. This may have been a one-off issue but we were not happy. It's really strange that they didn't provide any straws or cups for the drinks. Providing at least one cup when selling bottled or canned drinks to diners is very basic. This made the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. I hope they improve their service next time.
very high price for what got but i’m perfectly okay with it because i love crustys, however this crustys is not my favourite. the crust is very chewy and has little taste. the garlic cheese bread has no taste at all just cheese as if nothing on it. the one in fenelon is my favourite this one normally is too but not this time.
I’ll be going back to Blackstock. Order to Canadian with extra cheese and onions they charged me for a walk-in with all the Toppings added an extra five dollars onto the price of the pizza won’t be back.
Was very disappointed by the service. When placing the order I asked if they could split the toppings i.e have different toppings on each side - they said yes not a problem. When I picked up the order I looked at the bill and they charged me $1.50*3 toppings. They told me this is what they do when you split the toppings. No one told me this, and they said sorry but there is nothing we can do, and still made me pay for the "extra toppings" - it's still the exact same amount of toppings on pizza? Would be nice if they let you know there is an additional cost. Came to $39 for a medium 3 topping pizza and 10 wings. Very over priced. Don't get me wrong, good food- but not for the price.
Only the second time ordering here. The first time was a couple of days ago and it was not too bad, this one was horrible. Ordered TRIPLE CHEESE & TRIPLE SAUCE. If I don’t have to use a knife and fork to eat it, (or have it running down my arms) it’s not what I ordered and paid for. There was no sauce and marginal cheese. When the toppings fall off the pizza, there’s not enough cheese. I was hoping to explain how we like our pizza, we order weekly, if not twice. So, I stopped in the next day and spoke to the Manager who decided to argue with me. When I asked him to show me where the cheese and sauce were, he told me that you don’t see the sauce when the pizza is cold. Well, we didn’t see the sauce when it was hot either. (And if that was triple cheese, I’d hate to see standard cheese. I’ve had regular cheese and sauce pizza that had more on it than this pizza). He then snarked a Merry Christmas, threw the slice in the garbage and turned away. When you pay for extra, you expect to receive extra. Needless to say, we will never order from there again.
