I had an absolutely awful experience with this place. My order took two full hours to arrive, and when the pizza finally showed up, all of the sides I paid for were missing and the pizza was stone cold. I contacted the store, and while they said they would issue a full refund, I never received anything (it’s been 3 weeks). The customer service was honestly atrocious. There was zero sense of urgency, zero apology, and zero accountability. It felt like they were just telling me whatever I wanted to hear to get me off the line rather than actually trying to resolve the issue. Between the long wait times, missing items, empty promises, and lack of care, I can confidently say I will never be ordering from here again. Extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Employees do not wash their hands at this location had to get a refund today bc buddy started to make the pizza right away after taking order and payments
It really depends on who's working. Could be 5 stars could be 1 star. So I went with middle ground. learning English would be very beneficial to them. Just saying. I'm not going to learn Punjabi just to get my order right.
Pizza was ordered at 4:28 and delivered at 6:23. Didn’t get order right. Pizza was cold. Wrong dough tried to call and only got message that mailbox was full. This is the third and last time we order from them as orders always wrong or late delivery. Time to give money to mom and pop pizza places instead of franchises who don’t care
Ordered online, had my order confirmed online as well. I was 15-20 minutes away. When I arrived, I was prepared to wait a couple minutes, given there’s always a chance of delays in a fastfood chain. Nope, I got there and it was clear that my order hadn’t even been started yet. Waited an additional 25 minutes in-store, which is wild since the “ordering ahead” was the convenient option.
Had a nice dine-in experience at Pizza Hut recently. The restaurant was clean, and we were seated quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The staff was friendly and checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay without being intrusive. We ordered a Large Veggie Lover’s Pizza, stuffed crust, and some boneless wings. The pizza came out hot and fresh, with a good balance of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. The crust was perfectly baked — soft inside, slightly crisp outside. Wings were flavorful and came with dipping sauce on the side. Overall, a solid experience if you’re looking for a laid-back spot to enjoy some comfort food. Would definitely come back for another sit-down meal.
Terrible service. Staff does not acknowledge in-store customers unless they have to. Staff did not come to front until phone rang. Then proceeded to answer two calls in front of me. Never greeted me. Never looked up. Never said, “just, one second.” Second time something like this happened.
